Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the last item of your order. If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period begins from delivery of the last item.

The withdrawal period is extended if it would otherwise expire on a weekend or public holiday — in that case it runs until the end of the next business day.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel it at any time before fulfilment by submitting a cancellation request through your account.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning items. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items
