Arep means hope in Sasak language. It reflects what the launch of this first bag represents to Andy: the hope that growing demand for his craftsmanship can create lasting work for him, support his family, and open up new opportunities within his village.

Each bag is carefully crafted and handmade by Andy and his family in Lombok. This bag is particularly unique because only two of his artisans know how to create this specific pattern.

Handles: goat leather. Natural leather can show differences in grain, texture and colour.

Care Instructions

Keep your bag dry and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight and heat. Clean the bamboo gently with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Store in a dry place when not in use.
